Contact Lens Fittings- including special and hard to fit cases. We can even fit contacts for astigmatism, dry eyes, bifocal, progressive, and eye enhancing designs. Medical Eye Services- treatment of dry eyes, eye allergies, infections, and foreign body removal. Dispensing of Designer Eye wear- whether you're looking for something conventional or something fashionable, we're sure to carry just the frame you're looking for.
Dr. Arora is professional, caring and personable. She was born and raised in the East Bay, and admires the diversity of cultures that surround us. She completed her Bachelor in Sciences from University of California, Davis. Her interest in patient care awarded her with a doctorate degree and TPA certification from the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry.
Bay Vision Eyecare Optometry promotes preventative eye care throughout our community. On the first Wednesday of every month, between 10 am- 12pm we will offer free vision screenings. Please note: This screening is just to check the general health of the eye and should not replace your annual eye exam.
Our retinal imaging system provides an alternative to dilating the eyes, so we can avoid the side effects commonly experienced with dilation, such as blurry vision and sensitivity to light. These retinal images of the back of the eyes are saved in your permanent electronic file for future reference and comparison, which is an excellent method for detecting glaucoma, retinal detachment, diabetic eye retinopathy, and many other eye diseases.

Sport-specific eye wear can enhance performance by improving visual clarity while protecting your eyes from injury.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Last time I ordered my glasses from here they said it would take up to a week and after 7 days I called to see the status of my order they said they would call me back the next day and never did. My bf and I had gone in together and he got his glasses after a few days but for some reason they were giving me a difficult time & incorrect information over and over. After getting my glasses they continued to fall apart Day after day. Screws falling out left and right… This year I decided to order my glasses from an online website in order to avoid the hassle that they put me through

I had an appointment about two months ago and initially everything went well. I was told I would get a call after a couple weeks to follow up about ordering my contacts. I never received a call after a month. I called to make an appointment to buy the contacts myself and was told I could come in to order them. I paid in full and placed my order on October 25th. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for a call to pick up my contacts. It’s has been close to about three weeks and I have yet to receive my order. Vic is very professional. I read earlier reviews and at first it can seem like a rushed experience only because they really know what they are doing. The Dr here and her staff are very knowledgeable and I received the BEST rx in my life. The Cartier frames are genuine here and the labs did a wonderful job on my progressive lenses. This will be the only place I fulfill my eye needs. Parking is difficult and don't leave any valuables in your car so you won't get bipped

Staff failed to advise they couldn’t prescribe me with contacts due to covid protocols despite me specifically stating I was looking to get contacts when I called to schedule my appointment. Both disappointing and a waste of my time since more competent optometrists are booked for weeks out. Both the staff and Dr. Arora were friendly and helpful but not enough to overcome to the poor communication and experience I received.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I regret going there. They charged me for contacts they never actually gave me. I payed 60 dollars for 8 boxes of brown contacts. And was told by Vick the reception manager that I payed for the contact consultation. I have insurance. My insurance payed for my consultation. when I asked for a refund because I realizes the brown contacts they offer are a ugly muddy brown color. Which I never even recieved. That's when I was told I'd actually only payed to have a fitting. The contacts I payed for aren't prescription, so even if that's what we talked about

The staff is super nice, accommodating and always willing to help. However, the Dr. Arora is unprofessional. Since my first visit I did not feel good but I gave her another chance and visited for a second year. This time around I had a hard time fitting into my contact lenses and when I finally got to talk to her about it she was extremely defensive, putting my words in doubt in from of the staff despite them advocating for me. At the end she refused to run another test and I left with a 6 month supply of contact lenses that will probably not sit well in my eye. I am switching to another optometrist

I called ahead of time and provided my insurance information. The Bay Vision Eyecare rep advised me I would have a $10 copay and $130 to spend toward contacts or glasses. I asked specifically if there was a fee for contacts fitting. She advised me there would be no fee. I show up, go through the entire process and then they advise me that $60 is coming out of my $130 contacts allowance for a contacts exam fee, thus I am paying $60 for the contacts exam!

Seriously, it has been a long time since I've received old fashioned, no BS great customer service like I have at this place.

- First off, they have great customer service without an elitist attitude. They appreciate your business and it shows.
- When it came time for the exam they had this automatic computer controlled eye exam that keeps a Christmas tree in focus, followed up with a traditional exam from an optometrist who was super friendly and experienced.
