Perfect place to get a workout. If you need to hit the gym in the New Hope area this is the perfect spot. The owner Dan is super nice so I'm not sure about the person who said he was rude, not my experience AT ALL. In fact when I couldn't get an Uber to pick me up he offered to give me a lift. Thanks Dan !!

In Town with my wife for a weekend getaway, she had scheduled a spa morning on Saturday, so I looked around and found NHF was nearby. Popped in around 8:45am and asked about a day pass, which they set me up with for $10! Really quick getting a waiver signed, and the young guy at desk (Tom) was awesome! Really helpful, great type of personality for a gym! Definitely picked the right place.
Good selection of free weights and machines. Saturday is chest day so I had a bench all to myself and got my workout done in the right way.
If I lived in the area I'd become a member, that's how

This is an excellent gym if you want to "get a workout in". The facilities are clean, broad variety in equipment, and plenty of space to do your workout. The parking is easy and the folks are friendly and happy to help you get started if you are new or need guidance. If you need a trainer there are several to choose from and if you want to go self guided there is a daily crossfit workout on the board.
Definitely recommend NHF, if you need a day pass or want a place to get your daily "work out in".

This has to be the dirtiest gym I have ever been to...and I've been to a lot of gyms. You never see anyone cleaning. The water fountains are crusted with sweat and grime. The floors are covered in dust and dirt. The machines feel greasy. The guy behind the counter is zoned out doing nothing. Why can't this person be cleaning when he has down time? They have showers but you can only imagine what is growing on the floor. You'd be better off going to the "Y." Stay away until they hire a full-time cleaning person.

All around great gym. I came to new hope for the weekend and the hotel I stayed at had a promotional to come here for $5 a day. Regular day pass is $10. Very clean, well maintained gym. Premium dumbells (Precor), good machines, and a lot of free weights available.
The back room has a cross fit type area with lots of cables and bars for those so inclined. Staff was helpful and there was a small cooler to purchase protein shakes and other supplements. Cardio section was composed of about 10-15 treadmills, recumbent bikes, and cybex ellipticals which is pretty normal .
