Utilizing a Thermal Imaging Camera, missing insulation in walls and ceilings, wet areas in walls, floors, and ceilings, leaking HVAC ducts, and over heated electrical components can be detected.
Pre Drywall Inspection - this inspection is to inspect framing, electrical and plumbing systems before they are covered up. Final Inspection - This is a full home inspection performed a couple of days before your final walk through with builder. Steve with Inspect Texas was great! I called him for a new home inspection and he was able to go out the next day with a quick turnaround on his inspection report. He was very thorough and detail oriented. His prices were very competitive and affordable.

Look no further for a home inspector.. Steve was amazing to work with! He made himself available for an inspection the next day. He spoke with us over the phone about his general findings following the inspection, and was able to send us the full report that evening. His report was very thorough, complete with lots of photos. We built a house with lennar and used Steve for a multi point inspection. He was always courteous, knowledgeable, on time, consistent and professional. He knows his stuff!! He brought things to our attention that we would have never noticed!
