For most of us, the home purchase is our greatest single investment. The cost of a professional inspection is relatively minor in contrast to the size of the financial commitment and the risks associated with real estate purchases.
I inspect the home you are buying or building like it was going to be my own. I only do two inspections a day so as to have the time for a complete and detailed inspection. The costs for a home inspection are based on the square footage of the home and the year it was built. Prices start at $345 for a 2000 square foot home built within the last 10 years. The cost for the 1 or 2 year builders warranty inspection start at $300 for a home that is 2000 square feet or lesss.

Brad was very thorough in his inspection of the home. He found some major foundation issues and saw the look on my face. Offered to only do a consultation instead of continuing with the full inspection. We went with the full inspection, however thanks to him we knew the severity of the issues. The house contract was terminated meaning we're still in the market. We will certainly use Brad again for the next house. I trust him completely.
