The owner is so kind, remembers me every time I come in (as do the other employees), and consistently asks how he can make the experience better. They go out of their way to help me find what I need. They also have nice soda fountain too.

We provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. We carry a wide selection of medical equipment, including ambulatory aids, nebulizers and bathroom equipment. When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.

Hashem is the smartest pharmacist I have ever known. He is so understanding and polite and is always so timely retrieving difficult medications that major chains don't want to have to deal with. I once came out of major chain drugstore with the pharmacist telling me I had to call some 800 telephone number to rectify a problem when refilling a prescription. I told him, 'No! He had to call, not me'.
That was it I walked over to Hashem, I had all my prescriptions transferred and end of all problems.
Golden Seal also takes every insurance plan!

The customer service that is provided by every employee here is truly amazing!! I am so happy that I switched my family's prescriptions to their store. I moved out of town and I still will make the trip over to North Andover. They are worth it! Hats off to the staff and owner of Goldenseal Apothecary!! Bravo!

This is the business and healthcare setting we need. Goldenseal Apothecary takes us back to a time when good service, a family friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the soul of a family business were still alive and not ripped apart by the big soulless chains. The pharmacist on duty, Dr. Azam, was hard at work but was still willing to help me find something. Absolutely loved the old school soda fountain and the modern coffee shop twist added to this pharmacy. If you have any prescriptions, send them here. Goldenseal deserves your business.

I went there yesterday with my brother and close cousin, whom I consider my sister, and wow. Me and my family were amazed. And I just love the decoration, and the iced caramel coffee was SO GOOD. And they even asked me, “Better than Starbucks?” An I’d was like, “ABSOLUTELY.” And that’s not a lie, I really do think so. That was my cousins drink though, not even mine, I got a vanilla milkshake, and it was SO. The coolers and grocery aisles contain a whole-foods-esque craft / locally sourced offerings. Friendly and precise service make for an enjoyable visit. Lots of young families enjoying the modern / retro vibes and yums on my recent Sunday afternoon visit. Great spot for the whole family to enjoy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this pharmacy. This is not open yet but you can still come in and take a look, curated ,artistic place , very fancy and lavish, bringing back the old touch with soda fountains. They have coffee and also my all time favorite ice cream ! Staff members are also very friendly and professional !
