Miguel, Luis and Franky were fantastic! They made sure the chair was functioning perfectly and that my mom was aboe to use all functions. They went the extra mile and cleaned the bottom of the chair (when it was being serviced) and in the folds of the fabric. They were so happy to see my mother’s big smile!

Letourneau's was very helpful when we needed to urgently rent a hospital bed for a family member. They immediately fit us into their delivery schedule and made sure the equipment was delivered and set up before our family member was released from the hospital. Frank delivered and set up the bed and was so helpful and friendly which made the transition from hospital to home less stressful for all involved! The process to rent was easy, the quality of the bed was great and very comfortable. The pickup of equipment went smoothly and Frank again was great and helpful! Highly recommend renting or buying

I wanted a recliner. Went to Latourneau"s on Saturday. Great help in choosing the right one for me. On Wednesday morning my chair was delivered by Miguel and Frank. They did a wonderful job getting the chair up stairs and into a small space. They made everything fit so the chair could recline all the way back. This was not an easy job. Both were pleasant and efficient. Not just delivery, but training in how the chair works.

My 98 year old dad purchased a lift chair from Letourneau's and the experience was 5 star. Dan was so considerate and accommodating. Frank and Louis delivered the chair and were terrific. They were knowledgeable and patient when reviewing how it worked and answering all his questions. We highly recommend Letourneau's!

Fantastic customer service and knowledgable staff! After searching and going to another medical supply store in the area I was given no instruction on how to use the (incorrect) product I was given. I called here and spoke with Cindy who immediately knew exactly what I was talking about, did some research for me, called me back and we met her at the store shortly after. She instructed and corrected the issues we had from the other store and sent us home educated, confident and ready to help my dad get better. I would use this store again in a second! Cindy was wonderful!

They were very friendly there, except don't carry one of the prescriptions that I need. They said that they could order it for me but were unsure of how long it would take to come in. They suggested that I try Rite-Aid or something similar. I would normally go there, but being that this is a local pharmacy, I always like to support local businesses whenever possible. Maybe next time.

If you are one of those people who, blinded by the ever-proliferating CVS and Walgreen's pharmacies dotting the landscape, had forgotten what a REAL pharmacy was, Letourneau's will remind you right away.
The store is small, but the moment I walked in, someone came to help me and spent a good ten minutes weighing different options for a waterproof cast sleeve with me.
What's more, the fact that they carry just the sleeve I need for my two-year-old's broken leg has saved my summer. Thanks to them, we're back in action at the pool and the lake.
