I love this management company. My old management company never tended to maintenance requests, and I could never reach anyone when I needed help. Bowen has been really helpful from the time I moved in until now, which is 5 years later! I was surprised at some of the reviews because my experience has been nothing but great. I would refer anyone I know to this company if they want to rent out a property or move into a rental.

I moved into 3 W North Ave June 16, 2021. I spent several day cleaning the dirty apartment they rented me. While cleaning I notice the bathroom floor was dangerously dry rotted. The only thing keeping me from falling into the basement and breaking my neck is a thin sheet of linoleum. A 9 inch wide by 32 inch long hole in the floor all that originated from a leaky tub. I put in a work order on the June 20, 2021, contract Lakia Turner and Kate Walf several about this dangerous floor but continue to get the run around. I’ve even tried to get in contact with upper management and still nothing. This

This is for the address 11 1 20 glenside drive Williamsport. The house has moved in basement walls and basement come through the walls looks like concrete was Disturbed also has lead paint the company will not give you anything about the house or any information about it either they're supposed to give you a piece of paper with lead levels they refuse to the house itself the Italian is unavailable when it is because I'm a separate appointment under different name and I got an appointment they know that you they probably could get sued and the house is unhealthy for anybody that has any long problems

Bowen Property Management has been managing several of my properties since 2019 and they've been doing a fantastic job! The team is highly professional, respectful, pleasant to work with, communicate very effectively, and they pay attention to details, which is very important to me. After renting from Bowen for the past 12 months, we would never recommend this company! After selling our family home we decided to downsize and until we could locate a property to purchase, we decided to rent. On Nov. 15, 2018, we rented a home on Fountainhead Rd. and from the start we experienced one problem after another. Upon inspection of the home for move-in we went through the 20 page pictorial Inpection & Condition form to sign-off on condition of property. Bowen's document clearly showed and stated that the furnace fuel gauge was 1/3 full. The home had both an oil furnace and a new energy
