About Us Report

Jerry began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker in 1986 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Soon afterwards he started his own property management company in Anne Arundel County with his business partner in the earlier 1990s. Jerry moved to Washington County in 2003 and then started Accurate. He's been serving the Washington County area ever since, helping hundreds of clients with their real estate and property management needs.

We have multiple fee options for having Accurate manage your property, or for having Accurate only secure the tenant. Since I found Accurate, I no longer worry about my rentals knowing they are in good hands. I always tell Jerry that if he ever gets out of the PM business I will have to sell everything because I won't be able to find anyone else that does as good a job as him!

We check their credit, criminal, employment history and rental history. 2 No Midnight Phone Calls - We handle all maintenance requests and only bother you when there is a repair that is needed that costs over $300.
