Every person who wishes to be on the lease needs to fill out an application. We will ask for Applicant 1's information first, then at the end Applicant 2's information will be requested. Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if Applicants do not wish to have it considered as a basis for paying this obligation.
We want to help you get through the paperwork and into your new home as easily as possible. To help you be prepared for what we are going to be asking for on the application, we've put together a cheat-sheet that lays out the information we need to consider you for our properties. Methods of payment: PayPal, Credit Card (online and over the phone), check, or money order.

Reminder: All applicants are REQUIRED to pay the application fee ($25 for one applicant, $45 for two). Without payment from ALL applicants, your application will NOT be viewed or considered.

I would give a negative review, if it were possible.
If you need a place to rent, they have them. That's the only positive comment I have for them. They routinely neglect to return calls and emails. When you finally do get a hold of one of their employees, they are curt and patronizing. It was my worst rental experience in 30 years.

Horrible property management, horrible maintaunence, horrible service. Our apartment has had multiple maintenance issues and they have ignored us and shuffled us around so many times. Only when it becomes an issue to the tenant below or beside you will they care to fix any problems. Do not bother calling, they will not answer. Don't bother leaving messages either, as they also go ignored. If you need something done ASAP you need to drive all the way out to see them and hope the person working at that time cares enough about the issues.

Please do not use Antietam Realty. They are rip off artists. My son rented from them and they were not honest with what they say they found after he vacated. The house was professionally cleaned and we were told it was dirty, not so. My husband inspected after the cleaning and it was fine. The inspector said it smelled of dog, he had no dog. They are liars and thieves and they will do anything to keep most of your deposit. I wouldn’t use them if I was desperate.

For five years Antietam Realty has provided property management for our home in Chambersburg exceptionally! They found excellent tenants. They paid consistently. Their fees were low. They communicated very effectively.
We have been so pleased with them that it only made sense to have Antietam Realty also sell our house for us!
Every interaction has been positive! I can not praise this business more. We highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. We called about 2 properties and was told that we had to do an application and pay the applications fees before even being shown the properties. So we went ahead and did the applications and paid the fees. I gave it a couple of days and was told neither property would be available until the middle of July. They could of saved me some time and money from the get go and told us that. We were still declined. Not very impressed. I think a scam just to get money!

POOR COMPANY. They let apartments get FLOODED from rain for MONTHS with NO RESPONSE. They do NOT care about their tenants, only money. They raise the rent, and don’t fix issues. There is literally bucket loads of water running down through the electrical outlets every time it rains. Do they care? Nope. Have they been contacted about this 30 times? More so. Do not rent from them unless you want to be left low and wet. What a joke of a realty company. And anyone trying to use them to rent your property- have fun at your own risk. They’ll destroy it and drive your tenants out to make a buck. The

Please unless you want to be harrassed by these people about the littlest things possible then rent from them. They have absolutely no respect for their tenants especially while we are going through this COVID19 process. They decided to lie to tenants and say that the property values went up on your apartment buildings but every tenant I've spoken to who live in other places around waynesboro have all said their rent went up also and I highly doubt all their properties went up in value at the same time. They lie to get there way, they treat you and talk to you like your a child while you try to

I have been renting from Antietam for about a year now. Antietam has always pulled through for my family. Needed a place quickly last year and got it just in time. I am a first time renter and they have made the process easy! Once my lease is up, I am actually renting another property of theirs. Great people. Amazing customer service and pleasant to deal with. The only problem is the lack of motivation to fix issues (maintenance department) or else I would give them 5 stars!

Horrible experience took our application and check tells us we are approved then tells us the owner supposedly no longer wishes to rent the house. Don't you think you should check that before showing the property? This is a property under their management already so you would think they would be on top of that. She meets us a few days later at a restaurant to show us another house and forgets who we are completely. Walked up to another lady and then sees us and says are you so and so? We are like yes you met us a few days ago?? She knew nothing about either house she showed us. Told

I own a home in Chambersburg Pa and needed a property management to oversee our home due to us living in Tenn. I have had a pleasant experience with this company. I don't worry about our tenant's needing anything or any concerns. They are fast to reply and they have a after hour phone service. Any repairs or service we are informed of in advance. I do recommend Antietam Realty. After my bad experience using another company it was a breath of fresh air when I found Antietam Realty. Super friendly and fast and wiling to serve.

I lived in my apartment 17yrs before Antietam became the property managers and in just 6 months their lack of care for my home and my needs pushed me out of the home i loved. NO repairs were done despite me requesting in writing twice, verbally, numerous times! Let me live with mold, a hole in my ceiling, water damage, damaged floors, bathroom issues, and other issues. They were quick to collect their rent but never made a single repair the entire time they managed the property!

I first contacted this company in November 2009 when my family was on a week long house hunting trip. After searching MLS listings, our realtor suggested contacting them if we didn't find a property we liked. I called and left a message which was returned 3 days later. We didn't use them!
