Since 2008, i360's professional team has successfully handled all aspects of Property Management for satisfied clients. Our services also cover surrounding areas including Shippensburg, Orrstown, Waynesboro, and Fayetteville, to name a few. Have you worked with us? We are fully rented for the first time in a couple of years.

Please note there is a $30 application fee that you will be redirected to pay upon submitting your application. The Property will be leased in the same condition as it is shown unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be applied towards rent or other financial obligations should Applicant be approved, nor refunded if not approved.

Still giving a 1 star. Instead of reaching out to me, they chose to respond on this. Just laughable in general. Oh well, more people will continue to put up basketball hoops and do as they please. So much for working for us?! Nope just collect and chip away at the keyboard. I guess customer service is non-existent and why bother reaching BACK OUT when you can't, no, won't deal with feedback TO BE BETTER.

I only give one star and this company does not deserve that. This company is management for our 48 unit condo association. They are beyond rude to owners. Our assigned manager does not answer emails, does not return calls. If you are lucky enough to speak with her and ask a question, you are told it is none of your business. I, as an owner, have been called names for asking questions. How professional is that? If you need a property manager - do not hire this company. You will regret it if you do.

I am very disappointed. I have been dealing with mold in my apartment since March. Made them aware by both phone and email. To no avail. It started as a MAJOR water leak at the end of December 2019. This leak went on for 11 straight weeks. So, of course I didn't pay rent. Who would pay rent for an apartment that is completely flooded in the bedroom and bathroom for 11 straight weeks. And, they don't even know the true origin of the leak. They don't know because they don't care!!.
When I emailed and called in March 2020, they should have jumped in to get it corrected, as they

I will never use this company to rent from. Was interested in a place, and before I could see it was emailed an application with $30 fee. I filled out the application, paid the $30 fee and a few hours later got another email saying home had been leased. Called the Agent twice, no response. Called the office number and the woman who answered the phone told me she couldn't help me before I even stated what I needed help with and then after I explained I wanted my application fee refunded she was happy to transfer me back into the agents voice mail just to get rid of me. Updated review...they came and took the refrigerator moved last tenants furniture after one phone call. About 4 days time. Which to my quick signing of the lease isn't that bad
