I attended a virtual First Time Home Buyer seminar led by Kam, and the presentation was honest, engaging, and informative. The first-time home buyer seminar hosted by Kam and team was really well done. The information is easily laid out and communicated professionally and easily. The best word I would use for it is "humanizing" - disentangling the process, helping identify the thorny bits - and ultimately working towards our goal. Kam graciously stayed on with me 30 minutes after the call was over, just to answer my questions.
