Iron-Oak Fitness combines strength and conditioning into one group fitness class. We'll challenge your body, renew your mind, and help you walk out feeling more alive. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our coaches will get to know your goals and encourage you to pursue your legend in a fun and inspiring environment.

Your first day is on us. Get started today!. I've been a member at Iron-Oak a little over two years, and would recommend this gym to anyone. The workouts can be tailored to any fitness or skill level, the coaches are very knowledgeable and engaging, and all of the members are constantly pushing each other to get better.

At Iron-Oak Fitness, we pride ourselves in working hard in a way that will better our lives in and out of the gym. All of our classes are programmed to fit the needs of any ability level, whether new to working out completely or for the seasoned athlete looking to amp it up. Our constantly varied workouts are challenging and fun and will help all members get stronger and leaner.
Our trainers lead you through the class vs doing it with you, ignoring your form and leaving you to figure it all out on your own. Utilizing Tempo Training, also called Time Under Tension (TUT), we get you strong without having to lift crazy heavy weights. This also allows for better body awareness and safety.
We want anyone interested in starting their fitness journey to be able to find a program they like, feel comfortable with and can see themselves getting amazing progress from. We offer two group-based memberships. Come in for a FREE TRIAL class. We want to make sure it's a fit for you and us. This also allows us to see your current fitness level so we can guide you more appropriately on your fitness journey.
