With extensive group fitness classes offered free with membership and more space than any fitness center in the area, TFC members can complete a workout that fits their interests.
The following course descriptions cover all swim lessons offered. Please note that as the levels progress, it is not unusual for a child to repeat a level several times. Remember that each child is unique and is evaluated on their swimming ability, not age. If you are not sure about what level to place your child into, please feel free to ask the Aquatics Manager and staff.
Aqua Lite: Enjoyable water exercise class designed for the less mobile adult. Gentle movement through water will therapeutically strengthen muscles and provide increased flexibility for the joints. This class is safe and effective for those who experience joint pain or desire a less intense water workout.
Annual Contract: Commit to a 12 month membership and save! Pay the full contract up front for our best rate or get billed monthly for an extra $3 per month. I have belonged to the fitness center for 10 years. It is a great facility. However I’m disappointed in the lack of classes being offered beginning in December, plus the facility is closed on Sundays. I’m not interested in purchasing a membership for online classes. There are numerous online classes offered for free on YouTube. I like the social aspect of live classes.
