I’ve used Fast fix many times in the past. I was first referred to them by Macy’s department store, when I had a jewelry repair that was needed. They did an outstanding job and it only took 45 minutes. Later I went and had a few watches I have repaired or maintained. Always professional always quick and in my opinion a great value. I had a necklace fixed this week , And while there I bought another watch from them. I’m a lifelong customer as far as I’m concerned

Called to ask some questions on repairing a watch that my gave to me who passed away. So as sensitive as this is for me, the gentleman who took my call swayed me away from this company. I didn't know the process and simply asked what needed to be done. Sure after he kept interrupting me thinking it was just the battery, I had to inform him it was more. To which he then told me bring it in to evaluate. I get it, being in business can be hard and customers are not easy coming as a business owner myself but I was calm, explained as best but this guy wasn't listening fully and quick along with some

The battery died on my Seiko watch. The watch repair place that I usually use has sadly gone out of business during the pandemic. Noticed Fast Fix when I was shopping at the Galleria. Friendly, efficient staff. They told me to go shopping for about 30 minutes and would text me when the watch was repaired. So easy and quick! Will return again.
