One Free Resizing Lifetime Cleaning and Polishing Lifetime Inspection Free Lost Stone Replacement on Mounting no greater than 1/5CT For a customer to keep his or her Lifetime Warranty active, they must visit us for a cleaning and inspection every six months. We will guarantee our jewelry from any manufacture defects for the lifetime of the product as long as only Ralph's Jeweler Technicians work on the items.

Came in to take a look at some jewelry. I found three rings that I liked for a decent price! They have very good Customer Service skills and spend one on one with you and answer any questions you may have regarding their products. I needed one of my rings sized. So just FYI If you need anything sized you may have to wait a few day's. Which I didn't mind. Also can't wait to go to their new location that they will be moving to.

Came in, had a bad experience at first having to wait for my pendant for 4 days.
Upon arrival they clarified why they were forced to shut down and apologized, clarifying all miscommunications and inconveniences. They gave me a free cleaning on all my jewelry (even the ones not purchased there), and gave me a gift for my troubles. Overall, they were nice, professional, and considerate. High quality jewelry at very low prices. They're always giving deals and I definitely recommend coming here. Heard they even started doing grills too so go check these dudes out!

I got a nice diamond ring for myself they sized it down to my ring size in like 30 minuets I recommend them I for approved by their financing for $4000 but only spent 2100 they didn’t pressure my to spend it all and I get no interest. Great quality diamonds and gold will be back for more thank you Ralph’s jewelers

This place is great. All the employees there (at least currently) are super funny, down-to-earth people that care about you leaving their store happy. Just tell them what you want and they will give you more options than you know what to do with. My girlfriend and I are very pleased with their service, quality, and friendliness.
I look forward to coming to this store even just to get my ring cleaned (which they graciously do without hesitation)

I was searching for someone to repair a very special ID bracelet for my daughter's 18th birthday. I went to three other places before I found Ralph's Jewelers & no one could help me. When I walked into Ralph's I was instantly greeted & felt welcome. Suleiman assisted me & assured me that they could not only help me, but have it ready for pick up in less than 24 hours! I nearly cried. When I arrived today to pick it up, I was politely greeted by another associate there (I forgot to ask his name) & told he would be with me shortly as he was helping another customer

Terrible service. So I went in one time priced a pair of earrings came back a week later and and a different giy tried to double the price. They are not honest to any and I will be getting ahold of corporate or owner about how I was treated. When I asked why it was a different price Manager became very rude and called for mall cops . Simply because I asked for a reason for a difference. I would advise anyone thinking about it to reconsider. Only kind as long as they think they can get you money!!!
