We went to Bianca recently and we needed a ring set. Keith went above and beyond to make that happen for us. He knew his jewelry and you can tell he loved his job, his personality is wonderful. I just moved to California from Texas and I had the same jeweler for 25+ years down there. My new jeweler will be Keith, he completely earned our business.

Nothing but good things to say. Chalo was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me in this process. Chalo has a vast amount of knowledge in the diamond industry and he took his time to really educate me on everything, which gave context to the decision I was about to make and made it easier for me. The one thing that I liked was that he put zero pressure on me to make a decision, he gave me the facts and was very neutral about everything and let me come to my own conclusion. It's rare that you come across a business owner that has this much pride in what they do, I will definitely be doing business

I stopped in Bianca's to get a written quote to replace a diamond that my wife lost on her engagement ring just to the side of her middle diamond. Not being familiar with Bianca's, I needed full details of the diamond so I could shop other jewelry stores to compare apples to apples. Keith, who's one of the owners, was very happy to assist me. He did not try to sell me on his diamonds or service, but instead he provided me with the service I requested. We have nothing but praise for Bianca's Fine Jewelry. Chalo took an idea and a pile of family jewelry and created an heirloom from scratch. After my mom passed away, my husband decided that we should create a ring for me with her stones. Little did I know that Chalo would be able to create that heirloom not only with my mom's stones but that he could incorporate my grandmothers' stones and my great-grandmothers' stones as well. Enormous thanks to Keith and his team at Bianca's for helping us out. We live in Vermont and had brought in an unusual necklace for my Mom for repair that would not normally be handled by them. Keith took it on as his own project to try and help repair it so my Mom could easily put on and take off with her arthritic hands. Fantastic jeweler. I had a special stone that most places would not touch. Someone recommended them, went in and met Keith. He helped me design a ring that incorporated everything. Left it in his hands. I cried when I saw the final ring, beautiful, and amazing. I receive so many compliments on it. Thank you for your work, it has meant a lot to me.
