If there were 10 stars, Santillan Jewerlers would deserve all 10. I recently purchased a rare but relatively inexpensive Native American sterling silver ring which needed to be resized. I met with Marty, the owner, and he advised me that there was a risk of some damage to the turquoise and coral stones. After a few days, I received my ring, it fit perfectly and sure enough the coral stone faded and turquoise stone became loose. Marty immediately offered to rectify the problem. He contacted his jeweler and within a few days my ring was returned with a new coral stone and the turquoise stone firmly

Marty is seriously the best. He resized 2 of my rings and repaired my original engagement ring. I got a new setting and he cleaned all my rings (Engagement ring, wedding band, and promise ring). They look brand new and I am in love with them again. Highly recommend our local Jeweler Marty in Rocklin.

First of all the quality of work is amazing. I have brought several of my rings for repair. Recently, I needed an antique diamond ring sized up. It had been sized a few times in its existence, which I didn't know mattered. When I came to pick up the ring he said he had to replace the entire shank, which is considerably more money then just sizing up. He wouldn't hear of me trying to pay for the extra labor and material. He stayed with the original quote and just said he wanted to keep my business. I will be referring all my friends. That kind of service is hard to find.

Santillan Jewelers is the only place I will do business with from now on. Custom work and also beautiful and unique designs in his store Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, I wanted something added to my wedding ring. Marty was quick to suggest adding a ring of diamonds next to the wedding band. When he told me he needed the ring for 5 days to make the custom wax mold, I was okay with that. Then he told me if I wanted it done with 3D, I needed to leave it for 2 weeks. I was ecstatic as other jewelers were saying they couldn't even get to it for 3 months. I was super excited. Then after

I would recommend this place to anyone! I live in the Yuba City area and I went to several places were they told me they weren't able or tried to overcharge me. I had a hoop earrings that needed to be fixed due to the clasp being broken and I believe he might be the owner (not sure) said it would take 1 week for the earring to be ready. It took less than a week and the part was handmade!

Marty was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I was nervous to take my wedding ring anywhere to get it resized, but they did an excellent job. I dropped it off on a Friday and was really surprised and ecstatic that it was ready the next day! It looks great and I’m very happy with the service.

Santillan is a great find... Marty (the owner) listened to the description of what I was looking for in an engagement ring , he must have really heard what I was saying because, in a short amount of time, he showed us one that was perfect! He also located a stunning Montana sapphire, in exactly the color and size I wanted!. I had my beautiful ring within 2 weeks :)

This is the best jewelry store I've ever been to. My now husband and I started our engagement ring journey at Santillan, where we met Marty. He was informational but never came off as a know-it-all, helped me narrow down what I wanted in a ring, and encouraged us to look at other shops because he genuinely wanted me to have an engagement ring that I loved, even if it meant it wasn't from him.

My fiancé worked with Santillan to design my engagement ring and it is absolutely gorgeous, I get compliments constantly! I didn't purchase anything from this jeweler yet but I had amazing service. They have a large variety of options both from silver to gold in all price ranges. Just absolutely stunning pieces. I will be back there tomorrow to make some decisions for a mothers day/ future mother in law day gift.
