This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. the roach problems at this complex were insane. We couldn't trust the cabinets so we had to store all our food in the fridge. They would come in, spray a few areas, and then leave. I'm almost certain this apartment complex is abusing the federal funding, as the "subsidized" rent was over 1200 dollars by the time we left. If there is a hell, it is Cedar Ridge Apartment Complex.

I moved here cause i needed somewhere to move very limited parking kids are BAD as hell the master room is a nice size very limited closet space no storage space the other 2 room are VERY VERY VERY small a full size bed will take up both room no room for dresser or anything else ! the closet are very little master bedroom toilet stay stopping up water in sewer are included in rent lol so they got over on that part so your rent will never be 1150 so dont get that confused if u pay online its a 30dollar fee if u wanna waist money go ahead b

My Air conditioner has been in and out all summer . I’ve had issues where I’d come home to it not working and it’s 90 degrees outside. Maintenance would tell me they’ve fixed my air but there would be nothing coming out of the vents and it has caused my light bill to be high. When I’ve called and asked emergency maintenance to come look at my A/C at night when it has gone out, they’ve basically refused bc they said they fixed when they didn’t . I have a baby and refuse to stay somewhere where there is no air especially with it being so hot outside . One guy told me he doesn’t know

NO! My family of 6 is currently sleeping in one room in order to stay cool! This situation has been going on for 2 months! Communication with management is totally unprofessional! They have failed to provide a decent living experience period! Heat exhaustion is serious! Managements inability to fix a unit that has been out since the beginning of… contract is unacceptable! This is documented! There is no way I would recommend these apartments to anyone! It’s past ridiculous it flat out disrespectful to think anyone should (along with young children) suffer through these conditions.

The worst apartment I have lived in my entire life !!!!! A/C unit been out since October!!! They told in October they will fix in spring time because it was getting cold I don’t need it! Then spring time come… around and ITS 80-89 degrees in my apartment!!! They have given me 2 a/c window unit and it will still be 80 degrees in my house!! Just today maintenance come inside MY APT while I was at work to take my a/c unit downstairs out my unit WITHOUT CALLING OR ANYTHING !!! They don’t work on anything. My sister and my niece and nephews have been without air since OCTOBER 2020. They’ve lied saying it was fixed only for the maintenance man to sneak in and take it later while no one was home, no notice was given prior to arriving or after leaving! Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money! Extremely unprofessional!

I have had the worst experience since I moved here in December. I appreciate Brittany for doing everything she could to get me in before Christmas even though we didn’t get to stay because we didn’t have any heat or hot water, the water was leaking from the tub down to the livingroom. It took weeks and for me to reach out to corporate to get things fixed. I call the office and I have to always leave a voicemail which I never get a return call. Now the air is not working and I’m going through the samething again nobody is answering the phones and not returning my voicemails. I don’t understand

Prior to the new management I’ve had an enormous amount of issues with management I can say the Rochelle has been the most nicest and helpful person in management ever. She is the reason I am buying my first home. I had an issue with my front door which allowed everything from outside into my apartment Rochelle brought me a door sweep from her own home until they could get someone out to replace the door. She is very attentive and respectful. She will make sure you have what you need. These apartments allowed me the stepping stone I needed to move forward and get ahead in life. The low rent allowed

The staff here is very unprofessional. I've ben having heat and air conditioning issues every since I've moved in 7yrs. ago. Now all of the appliances are starting to stop working. Everything in these apartments need to be upgraded. Every week the dumpster is filled past capacity. Mounds of trash is on the grounds regularly. No one seems to care about the poor living conditions the residents are subjected to daily. I don't recommend anyone to move here.

Worst place I have ever lived. When I moved in, the apartment was halfway done. Screws and nails were all on the carpet and it stunk. She swore me up and down that they carpet was cleaned. Same month that I… moved in the other vacant apartments were getting new flooring and oven hood vents (Not me). My kids spotted a rodent in kitchen the 1st month of living here. I have not seen anything after throwing peppermint oil and sticky pads around the house.

Management presented herself unprofessionally, acts childish and ignorant. We have tried for 3 weeks to contact someone in the office, no one will answer the phone, return your calls or emails. Her response is "I can't run two properties at once". She began to clap her hands, rocking her head back and forth with a horrible attitude saying "I'll show you ghetto". Good Job on the representing Cedar Ridge Apartments. 👏👏

Our trash problem is so bad that it's actually made the news. My rent keeps going up even though they offer less amenities that when I first moved here. No more laundry room. No more weight room. The police are on property every weekend chasing or arresting someone. It took 10 days for management to get an outside company to fix my AC. I'm paying… over $1000 a month tho live in a ghetto. I've lived here for about 10 years and it's gone down hill every year, but they have no problem raising my rent every year. Less amenities, less safety for my family, but charge me more money.
