I have been living in this company for 3 years, and now I was able to buy a new house and I want to move, and when I informed the office that I will move after 30 days, they refused and said that I must inform the office at least 60 days before moving, I just closing the house today and I will take 30 day to move how I can inform them before 60 day and I can't pay for them and for house ,
my wife didn't work I work by myself and when I asked them to get another resident to cover me for this month they refuse and it's too bad , They don't try to find solutions if you want rent

This people are scammers, we apply for an apartment they decline our application, we paid $50 for my husband's application and $50 for mine. And they stole $306 from our bank account. We call them and they said that was from an insurance, how are we paying for an insurance if we don't LIVE THERE. And we told them we wanted our money back and she said "THAT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM". DON'T APPLAY HERE NASTY DUMB STAFF!!

The absolute worst place I've ever had the displeasure of living. First of all, I've had my property stolen on numerous occasions because for some reason they have not installed cameras here. I don't know what they use the rent money for but it's definitely not used towards the apartments themselves. Oh but the office looks real nice! The two ladies that work in the front office are rude and don't care about their tenants at all. Don't ask for help because all they will give you is a snobby attitude and useless attempts at helping you. Also, their website that you

I recently moved into Laurel Wood and it's been nothing but a night mare. It started off with issues with my AC unit freezing up for over two and a half weeks until i finally convinced the apartment manager to replace the unit. Several nights with temps over 80 degrees. I had been looking to get a service dog for several months and finally found one that was small and that was not just trained but also house broken. I notified the office that I would be getting the dog and gave them the letter from my doctor that I needed the dog and was told they would have to send my letter to there Atty
