The lady in there name Yolanda is a rude nasty fake eyelashes wearing woman! She came to the door with an attitude! She said she was on a conference call but clearly had time to come argue with a possible future tenant! I hope she was on there learning how to be professional! She needs to be replaced or go to class to learn how to treat people! She should have put a sign up saying, come back in a hour or so! She is very very nasty! You guys lost out a a great tenant!

Let me just start off by saying, if I could give zero stars I would. I went through their own website to set up an appointment time to take a tour for an apartment that it said would be open in around 2 weeks. They confirmed the appointment time and sent me an email for it. When I showed up for the tour, they told me that they wouldn't have anything open at all and that they had a waiting list for anything that did come open. The woman that came to the door was rude and I'm sure they aren't a great place to rent from if they treat potential renters that way.

I had an appointment to view a unit, booked 2 days prior, got email confirmation, text confirmation, and even a reminder text 2 hours before scheduled appointment. All of this for me to arrive 10 minutes early to a closed office and no one inside. No one answered the phone. No one ever showed up. This was an extreme waste of my time and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism when searching for a place to reside.
