Everything is great except for the fact the walls are paper thin. I stay in the loft style apartment as well as my next door neighbor and I can hear pretty much everything she’s doing (and vice versa). I can even sometimes hear her snore in the middle of the night. I often have to play my music so I don’t have to hear her run her mouth all day and guess who got hit with the noise complaints…lol? Overall I’ll give this place 4 stars based on cleanliness, the amenities, and location. Have a great day everyone!

Well of course they’re new so everything looks nice. I love the pool view instead of watching the parking lot. I wish I was on a higher floor because of the upstairs neighbors but that’s expected with any apartment complex. The staff is friendly and so are the neighbors. I’ve been here a month and haven’t had any issues for maintenance. My kids love the game rooms and theater and I love the valet trash service. Lol simple things excites me. I recommend moving here even if you think it’s expensive. All the amenities make up for the price.

After waiting over a month after paying my deposit, I began calling to establish a move-in date. After a few calls I got a date and began planning accordingly. I then had my date changed within 48 hours of moving in, two separate times. This caused me to reschedule my rental truck (twice) and extend my lease at my storage units.~$400 lost due to fees from delays.
While moving in, there was a “live” electrical wire stretched across the only sidewalk to the elevator. It seemed to be temporary wiring for the building still under construction. I was forced either try riding my furniture on the

We moved here from out of state and were not able to visually see the apartments in person when deciding where to live. Sterling at Stonecrest was very accommodating and went sent us videos of walkthroughs of available apartments so we could get an idea. The apartment is beautiful and we love the deep tubs and walk in shower! We are on the bottom floor which I was worried about feeling claustrophobic but the ceilings are very high and it feels very spacious. Tons of natural light and beautiful fixtures. My fav place I’ve lived so far!

First, I would like to say that the staff here is so friendly and they always greet you with your name. The maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job.
We always use the amenities and have a great time.
One of the most important things is how safe it is here. The security features are one of the big reasons why we chose to make the choice.
There are too many good things to say so I would just say if you are considering going on a tour, do it!
I would recommend Sterling at Stonecrest to even my closest of friends and family.

I've lived at probably a dozen complexes so far in life and Sterling is by far the best one! It's the first one I am able to say that it is worth the price. The staff is top notch, they know you by name, strive to keep everyone informed and establish a sense of community. The amenities are amazing, it's a great location, and my apartment is just perfect. I love having indoor corridors and controlled access to the building. There is so much natural light in my apartment, it's wonderful. I could go on, but I have been nothing but blown away with Sterling at Stonecrest and would 100% recommend it
