Services
Most often your dues cover landscaping, snow removal, trash removal and your share of the Master Insurance Policy. Sometimes, in single family HOA's they do not cover trash removal and most times the City/County maintains the streets for snow removal. Occasionally, some utilities may be included in your dues.
Georgian Hamlet is an established town home community tucked behind a manicured tree line in Manassas, Virginia. The community consists of 314 two-three story town homes. As it is a Condominium Association, the rules and regulations are strictly enforced encouraging owners to maintain their properties to the standards of the Association.
