I just bought a house at a neighborhood that sequoia/Arrowood manages. Sharda Disney was supposed to follow up about my new roof application approval one month ago, and registering my account to pay HOA dues, however no response to my emails and voicemails, and one time she did respond, made false promises, and never followed up, still had not finished the job, and still not responding to me. I have reached her manager Carolyn Smallwood. No response, I have contact their Vice President Jen one time, and she has not returned my call neither. 0/10, will not recommend. This is surreal, what do I have

HOA= Homes Owner Association
This management company forgets the meaning of Owner isn’t Condo fee like they treat me the value of my money doesn’t mean the send value of those who don’t fits their profile also they stereotype who residents who is that come over to do inspection of my home.
The disrespect that miss Sanchez does with anger body lenguaje every time she sees me make it very unprofessional.
If you act wrongly don’t think that will not be a consecutive behavior of any body.

When I moved into my neighborhood the first welcome I received was a letter from Sequoia citing me violations for my home/yard that I purchased in its exact state. They clearly did not enforce lawn codes or satellite dish status on previous owners or ensure the property met such standards before sale. I received threats to reseed my lawn in late fall less then a month since my move and show progress in winter. They also gave me cited HOA policy that did not correctly reference the supposed violation. This was a while back but has left a sour taste in my mouth. Outrageous my HOA makes me pay to

I had a minor item I needed help with... changing some accounts, nothing special. but, the staff at Sequoia was very helpful, followed up quickly, and took care of it. I wanted to post because I work with another management company for one of our properties and that company is trash. We dread the battle of even contacting them. but, Sequoia is helpful, quick, and nice to work with. keep it up. we appreciate it.

The staff at Sequoia Management responded quickly to meeting me to help me resolve a very stressful situation I had with a builder/contractor I hired to build a porch for me. Thankfully, my application for structural change had not been approved yet because Sequoia Management was doing their appropriate due diligence and continuing to ask them to send in the necessary information for approval. In the end, the final disapproval letter provided by Sequoia Management saved me from continuing to work with these horrible builders who threatened me with legal action despite a pending HOA application

First of all, we own the property directly around our homes. The HOA does not mow this as it is not common area. Well, if that's the case, who are they to tell us we cannot park on our grass. I don't see them maintaining my grass. Not just this, but it seems they only address certain people to keep up with their property. I'm a bit tired of them not working for the people of our community. I've asked 3 times now to get the parking pass form so I can purchase a new one and have not yet received the form.

I spoke with Mr. Edward Collins Jr. at Sequoia Management Company Inc. He is such a helpful person. He walked me through step by step regarding the violations I had and the missing approvals of the upgrades I had in my house. Every time I called he answered very politely. The day I called him, my mind was not very active and I was not understanding what he was saying. Edward took time to explain me and also emailed me as well. He didn't have to do any of these things but he did. He went extra mile to help me. I will truly recommend to reach Edward Collins if you have any issue with the management

I have worked with Jen Darwin at Sequioa Management over many years, both as a community Board member and a homeowner. Jen is super-responsive to all requests, and takes care of business quickly and efficiently. I have found her to be very professional, and she knows by-laws and regulations very well. Kudos to her for a recent promotion.

Sequoia Management has managed our subdivision for many years. They have been very good stewards of our assets and have given us good advice on managing them. Our subdivision is over 30 years old so we have had a lot of repairs lately. Our manager has done a great job of replacing and repairing aging items while keeping costs down. They have been very responsive to requests from homeowners and are willing to work with homeowners to solve any problems.

If you happen to buy a property that is being managed by Sequoyah Management Inc please reconsider not buying the property because this management company is the worst in the world all they want to do is take your money and they're not want to be responsible for anything.
I had a branch from the community tree that they fail to trim for in my car the damage in my vehicle or over $3,000 and they did not want to cover it.
Please please save the headache and financial burden that you are going to have if you purchase a property that is going to be managed by this horrible company.
