PPMI Managed my Townhouse in East Gate One in Chantilly, VA. I interviewed a few companies and Eric was able to market my property and rent it quickly. I was impressed with how he presented each candidate and set realistic expectations for me about the market value of my property. He and his staff are trust worthy and watched for my best interest. I followed their recommendation and was able to place a tenant that stayed in my house for 4 years and was never late on payments. He did an excellent job finding a reliable occupant.

Well I have to say I am so glad I don't have to deal with this property management company anymore. I experienced several frustrations with them; I have all my experiences documented via email. I don't have time to write about all of my frustrating experiences and even my realtor agrees that she has heard not so good things about this company. Things I've learned when dealing with this management company 1) keep track of the dates of when your lease or any addendums end because I received 2 erroneous phone calls asking me to turn in keys when my lease had not ended yet; they need to verify their

I worked with PPMI during the last several years to manage my home. The team created a lease that worked for me and of course the tenant. I rented an apartment managed by PPMI in The Condominiums at Woodburn Village in Annandale, VA. Anytime that there was even the smallest issue they responded quickly and professionally; even a small question about access to the online website or just a general question or recommendation the team at PPMI was ready and willing to help me with a solution.

Purvis Property Management is the most trustworthy, professional, reasonable and responsive property management company I have ever rented from! We were tenants with them for over a year and a half and they were beyond fantastic! We had absolutely no issues and every time they said they would do something it was done and done quickly! PPMI did a great job of managing my property when I was relocated out of town. They were very good at communicating, very responsive to calls/questions, and they are one of the best values in the area, with a lower management fee than most other property management companies. PPMI managed my townhouse in Northern Virginia for 2 years. They are competent, caring professionals who took excellent care of our house, found responsible tenants, and addressed issues in a timely and professional manner. The office staff is pleasant and knowledgable, and were able to give us peace of mind during every step of this process. PPMI managed a property for us. We had an excellent experience with them. They have a team of professionals from their office staff to their repair personnel. They are easy to reach via phone and email. They are prompt in following up on tenant or my requests. We had a great experience with Purvis Property Management. We flew to Virginia over a long weekend and were able to get a rental on a townhouse set up. We drove across country and got there and everything was ready to go. Any time there were any issues with the townhouse, an appropriate company was sent out to fix it (quickly). When we moved out, we got our full security deposit back. The people in the office are nice, and you can get them via phone or email. We would use Purvis Property Management again if in Virginia.
