I got RPM Direct through my sister, who was an RPM customer, after expressing frustrations over a non-responsive and late paying tenant. By far the worse place I have ever had to deal with! Watch out they will steal your security deposit and charge u for issues already present when u move in the home. They do not call you back or respond to emails and request. They will charge u for things they never fixed! Currently reporting this entire company due to the lies and money being with held. RPM has managed our rental property from 2014 through our recent sale of the property. We've lived out of state since 2014 and RPM never let us down. I love their owner's portal and their quick response times to any issues that would arise from time to time. Michele Odems was always quick to answer messages and emails and kept us informed. RPM is the worst management company I have dealt with in all my years of moving (military).
When we did our initial walk through of the home, the walls were heavily scuffed, had patch holes from nails, and it overall dirty. There was dog hair everywhere. The panty was so disgusting it was beyond cleaning. We noted everything on our move inspection report.
We had an incident one week were we noticed the downstairs carpet was saturated. We filled out their "maintenance meld" to no response. We contacted their after hours emergency number, still no response. After over a week I called

We were renters for 5years, always took care of the property as our own , paid on time, even improved the property building a fence and a deck. In return they broke the contract by leaving us without heating for an entire month of January, kept almost half of deposit for professional cleaning fees even though the property was left in very clean conditions.They did not even bother to contact us after contractors came and said that the heating unit was too old and not anymore repairable.

Great at taking your money but as far as repairs go I give them an "f". If I'm paying over 2500 in rent a month I expect timely repairs. We've had 3 issues. Calling them and emails for service is like pulling teeth. If my garage door isn't working and I can't get out to go to work that is an emergency. Send someone don't wait 2 days for me to get someone to fix it on my own dime. They send reminder and reminder for paying your rent. Oh you can do auto pay if you want etc. if they only cared about being as prompt on repairs as they are on collecting rent

I'll start off by saying this... I used to think that renting from private owners was bad... until I got stuck with RPM. They lack communication and customer service skills. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion BUT are always quick to "remind" you to pay your rent and inform you of "legal notices" going out. I have tried to be patient with them and refrain from posting reviews however, this current issue I'm having with them is the icing on the cake. As both a tenant and landlord with RPM Direct, I can highly recommend this company for either side. I first worked with this company as a tenant. They were prompt with fixing the issues that arose on the premises, and were in constant contact to keep me abreast of the status. They worked hard to coordinate my move in date with the previous tenant, as I wanted to move in sooner, as well as to coordinate my move out date with the landlord, since I had bought a house and wanted to move out earlier than my lease. I am so disappointed with agent Ms. Shayla Gibson... My family applied for a unit that Rpm Direct LLC is managing to lease. We submitted our application on 06/10/2015, today is 06/22/2015 we just found out today no thanks to her or her office that we did not get the unit for lease. I have made several attempts through emails with her to find out the status but every time her delayed response was there are no information. Upon having my realtor contacting Ms. Gibson 3 days ago, my realtor finds out from her office that the unit (townhouse) has been leased to someone else.
