Just look at the news. They seem like they have friendly staff but there have been several health problems with their residents over the years that they were responsible for.

My grandfather's stay was only a month long. However, within that month they treated him just like they would their own relatives. Every staff member I came into contact was friendly and knew all of the patients names. ALL OF THEM!
The facility is smaller but I believe it allows a closer bond between the nurses and staff with the patients.

My cousin kept getting UTI's here and he was always thirsty. They don't seem to have very good care here. The staff is nice enough, but they seem a bit lazy and complacent. I would not recommend this place at all.

They like to steal stuff from dying people and refuse to give it back to the family.

If you care at all about a loved one, do NOT bring them here. I only added 1 star to post this review.

My MIL is in this place currently and we cannot wait to get her out. The only reason we are leaving her is because she knows the lady in charge of admissions. That being said, there are a handful of workers that we appreciate because we feel they care and try to do their best. The administrator is a joke. He is rude, does not seem to know what he is talking about on certain things yet acts like he does and definitely has not kept the facility he is in charge of up at the 4 out of 5 stars they were rated at some point in the past...and that was the reason we chose this place. Smh. I am giving 1

I would give it 0 stars. Back in 2011 my Dad was put in here after suffering strokes being in the hospital at Deaconess for 2 months. He was showing some slight signs of improving but was paralyzed except for his left arm. Could not speak but you could tell he was there when talking to him. He got to a point after being on life support on a ventilator also a trach tube, that it was taken out and his oxygen levels were better. He was given a test to see if he could eat and drink which I was told he did well enough at the hospital. So, after looking online found a nursing/rehab center close enough
