I was recently in this facility. I was not happy with a lot of my care. They did not provide me with the diet I needed. They contacted my son about my care instead of informing me. The physical therapy I went in for was provided and was adequate. I contracted Covid after admission and was in isolation for 10 days. I only received one shower in that time. Personal hygiene care was inadequate. They lost my laundry and I am now having to replace it. I scheduled my discharge with the Director of Nurses and was told by a floor nurse I was not scheduled for discharge on that date.

Disgusting. My Great Aunt passed away this morning and they left her naked body uncovered all day and her body could be viewed from the hallway. Even worse was that they kept the person sharing the room with her in there all day. When family showed up (in a jeep) to collect her belongings, the staff somehow mistook them for the people coming to pick up our great Aunt's body. When family walked in to see her body uncovered and told them she was family, they didn't even bother to apologize or cover her up. The family member had to cover her body personally. Furthermore, they were harassing my Great

Mom started out in skilled nursing and then had to be moved to long term care. This place was recommended by some friends that work in this field. Let me say that I have asked them to no longer do so. First, the good points....Lettica, who runs the salon is awesome! She was so kind and caring. She even sent a sympathy card along with a refund for unused funds. I received this within a week of my mother's passing. To date, there has been no such expression of sympathy from "management". The food, for the most part, is good. Dana, Leandra and Julie were great..they went above

The staff is very friendly & makes you feel at home The place is always clean. PT has modern equipment & staff is very professional.
The only complain is they released my mom before she was completely healed. She was walking quite a few steps until about 2 days before being released. She told pt person it hurt her to do a certain exercise but he wouldn’t listen. I didn’t realize she couldn’t walk at all until I got her home.

My Dad was admitted to Bellevue for rehab. My dad was unable to push the call light and was left unattended too many times to count. My sister and I took turns going daily and unfortunately walked in several times with my Dad crying out for help with no one responding to him. People who could have responded to him where literally sitting at the nurses station or chatting in the hallway. It was difficult to distinguish who was responsible for what, but regardless his needs were not met. We had endless meeting and conversation trying to address the issues. It felt at time that our involvement in

Most amazing place this far that I've worked in. Very professional, good vibes coming in building and everything is neat and in order. Co-workers as well as other staff are very friendly and team-work is a go around here. I can see me being here a very long time. The residents are very accepting and for once on my first day of a job it went smooth and I am excited to be a part of this team!

Hands down one of the nicest skilled nursing/ltc facilities around. Thompson family (owners) has a family member here 7 days a week. Bellevue has some of the best nurses and therapist I've ever seen. Would definitely recommend Bellevue to all my family and friends; not only for a resident, but an employer too.

This family owned facility is the best around! Patient care and safety are always first! There is family/owners on site every single day of the year making sure patients are well taken care of. The nursing staff is lead by a great team that make sure patients receive the best care! The therapy team is top notch and work closely with patients and the families to ensure a speedy recovery. With times like now Bellevue does everything they can to make sure the patients and families stay connected and informed. My Grandma was there for two months and I cannot thank everyone enough for how well she recovered
