Our new management team is led by two brothers, Peretz Stein, our facility administrator, and Nelson Stein the facility's CFO. We understand that every person under our care has unique needs and distinct requirements for therapy. At Ross Center For Health and Rehabilitation, your individual rehabilitation is tailored and integrated into a series of realistic, achievable short-term goals focused on assuring you a swift return home.
Ross Center representatives reserve the right to review all messages sent using the e-Notes service and determine in their sole discretion whether the e-Note is appropriate for delivery to a resident, and whether it will be delivered or not. Ross Center assumes no liability for this e-Notes service, the contents of messages to patients, and your use of this service.

This is to thank the whole staff at Ross for making my stay there worthwhile. Physical therapists Jill, Marisa and Noreen worked tirelessly to help me regain my balance and walk, bathe and care for myself.
Nurses Monet, Diana, Cheryl and Chrissy were always there. Claudine, was always there for me .
Lannie , the social worker is a caring , hard worker.
Recreation with Leslie Cecelia and Kyra made the time pass without a hitch.

From the moment my uncle was admitted into Ross, he received the utmost care and compassion from the staff. As his caretaker, I was continually informed about everything from a simple room change to team meetings with all his service providers. He was not a well man and unfortunately his health declined, however the staff at Ross were supportive and empathetic. I would trust a loved one with Ross any day. So as a the health care proxy for my mother I had decided that no pain medication should be administered to her whether requested or not. Pain medication causes her to hallucinate and not know what time of day it is. On the phone with her today when the nurse enters her room and tells her it is time for her oxicotin. Really! Unbelievable. Will request her move to a new facility tomorrow.

My mom was in Ross during the middle of this pandemic. I live in Florida so it could have been difficult. Everyone from the Administrator David to Michael, Corinne, Karen, Meggin, Sarah, Max, Lanie, Jill & Kat was EXCEPTIONAL. Every call and email was returned. No matter who I spoke with, they ALWAYS had time. My mom had a great experience and had only praises for everyone there. She even found out how to use her Kindle! Thank you to everyone for always going above and beyond during these hard times.

I am extremely grateful for all of the staff members, especially on the north wing. Not only are there smiles from most of the residents, but also from all of the staff members. The facility has been becoming extremely exquisite over the last year. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation or a permanent residence for your loved one.

I’m very happy we chose Ross for my aunt. She’s has a wonderful experience there for the past 2 months. As soon as we walked in I felt the warmth of the facility and the staff. Feels like family there. The physical therapists have helped her so much. We are so grateful for them and the nursing staff for caring for her so professionally. I would recommend Ross rehab to anyone!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise to find a rehab that is shiny clean and bright with lots of windows. Everyone we met, staff and clients alike, was busy with activities and smiling. It had such a warm and homey feeling. The rehab gym was busy with lots of staff helping and talking with the clients. This will be my first choice for my family member for rehab.

My aunt who raised me got into a car accident in Georgia. I flew down to be with her in the hospital but when they told us she needed rehab, I knew I would need to transfer her to Brentwood where I live. It was hard to do research while down there but everyone I spoke to spoke highly of ROSS. I called many places but Alaina from admissions was the most helpful and the finance department helped me figure out all the logistics. We been here three weeks and all I can say is I couldn’t have made a better choice! Thank you to an amazing rehab team, top notch nurses on the rehab unit and the administrator
