My name is Kevin Raugstad, the owner/inspector of Dynamic Home Inspection Services, LLC based out of Arlington Heights, IL. I can provide a professional analysis of a home for you and your clients' protection. I serve the Chicagoland area and its suburbs. You will find my services are second-to-none.
Dynamic Home Inspection Services, LLC offers home inspection services for current homeowners, home buyers, and home sellers. Any home can have a radon problem. This means new and old homes, well-sealed and drafty homes and homes with or without basements. In fact, you and your family are most likely to get your greatest radiation exposure at home. That is where you spend most of your time.

Kevin was gracious, knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions on things I may chose to do and definitely alerted me to areas to address immediately during or after the purchase. His report came through very quickly. Kevin did a wonderful job with our home inspection. I scheduled him without much advanced notice and he was able to fit us into his schedule without an issue.
Because there are so many differences in the types of properties to be inspected, it would be impossible to list them all here. Every home is different and every inspection is unique to the home. Kevin was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient during his inspection on the condo I was purchasing. He identified both health and safety items that absolutely should be corrected, and also noted cosmetic items that would be a good idea to correct. He is a high quality home inspector that should be used by all those in the market for a new home.

We were in the process of getting our first home, and our agent recommended Kevin at Dynamic. No regrets! Kevin was super professional, on-time, and was able to answer all of our questions. We actually ended up using him for two home inspections, and it was the same high quality both times. This was my first time using Dynamic Home inspection Services, LLC and it was an amazing experience. Kevin was very professional, very thorough, and passionate at what he was finding as if he was buying the property and not I. Kevin took many pictures, noted everything he found. He covered ALL the bases from top to bottom to where I didn’t even have to ask “hey, what about so and so…?” After the review, he sent me the inspection report as promised the same day. Kevin provides a new condo inspection that is thorough and educational! I’m currently in the process of buying my first home (condo) in Chicago and wasn’t sure what to expect. Fortunately, Kevin was sure to explain the whole process and encouraged questions.

Kevin is a phenomenal home inspector. He genuinely cares about his clients’ best interests—taking his time & thoroughly analyzing all home elements. He replied to my inspection appointment request the same day I made it, then during the inspection, he educated me on all unique appliance requirements, best maintenance suggestions, as well as life expectancy. He walked, examined, and happily talked to me about all items under inspection the entire time. He uncovered a mold issue in the attic, and subsequently referred me to a mold mitigation company (Mold Solutions) & attic airflow mitigation
