I had the good fortune of meeting Matt Judson a few years ago. I had some very specific things I was looking for in a building and we put in a few offers. He knew the area I interested in and found me a commercial building that both fit my budget and was very conveniently located. After a little painless back and forth with the seller, Matt had brokered a meeting of the minds and today, just weeks after closing on that property, I'm already improving my business. Let's ignore the fact that they say they do background checks, and then rent our commercial space to a convicted murderer. Let's ignore that they pitch false information to prospective tenants about rent amounts, tenant improvements, and other issues like free parking, utility, and property upkeep just to get a commission? But what I can't ignore is how with no warning, they decide now that I am 2000 miles away to drop us, and we can't get a reason or an answer!? Even the owner blows us off? Mike could easily reach out after we called 3 times to see who has our key. All bad
