Took over our apartments and will only communicate via strongly worded posting in entryway. Hard to reach, will not return calls or give honest answers. Raising rents way beyond market rates. This company is only interested in money, and somehow had 25 eviction cases in state court during pandemic. stay away.. One more thing, if you look closely at the positive reviews they essentially are worded the same. How can different people frame their reviews so similar. they are fake. Im sure the employees at PRM made them.

Absolutely disgusted with how they are managing our apartment complex, Apple Glen apartments. Not only have they increased the price of rest well past any increases in inflation but also well above the local average. All the while, not providing or improving any amenities (hint: there are none except for the uncovered parking in which we have to pay for additional parking spots and is not regulated by the management at all.) for those who are still residents.
And to add to all of that, we were all just served with paperwork that lists out different financial resources in this dire time SO WE HAVE
