John was great! He was detailed, kind, and informative. His communication skills and attention to detail were very helpful during the entire process. Even after our inspection was complete, due to having a VA home loan, I needed extra documents not previously obtained and John was quick to reply and get me what I needed before I closed on my home. John did a post sale inspection of our home and was incredibly thorough. He spent almost 3 hours with me walking through the home and was extremely meticulous. HE did radon test, termite inspection and general home inspection and was super detailed and helpful. I would highly recommend John. Other than being great at this his job, he couldnt have been more friendly. Highly recommend!

My wife and I hired John for a full home inspection. We're first-time buyers so we had a ton of questions about the process.
During the initial phone call, John explained how the inspection would work and which services he recommended based on the property description. He did an excellent job explaining each part of the process and got us up to speed quickly.
Scheduling the inspection itself was a breeze.
Going into the inspection, we had one concern with the property, which John kindly addressed first before moving forward with any of the additional tests. He then spent about 3 more hours thoroughly

I can not say enough about how thorough John was and continues to be. This was the first home inspection I have been to that lasted for more than an hour, before he even made it to the first floor of the house. Throughout the process, he brought us in to the conversation and helped us navigate not only the inspection, but the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but also personable. John was recommended to me by my realtor. He was able to do the home inspection within a few days and did a very thorough job! I was so happy to get his report that evening which was incredibly detailed. Using his recommendation, I was informed of a lot of issues with the house that I wasn't expecting. I did not go through with it and he was able to inspect the second home I found. Again, he was thorough and very informative. He helped me understand what he was pointing out along the way. John was very thorough, didn’t miss anything, spent a lot of time going through the house with a fine tooth comb. his inspection report was written up and submitted the same day and it was very detailed. the seller ended up fixing everything and our home purchase went through smoothly.
