I bought a foreclosed on property with a major mold issue in the last year and hired Pat to remediate the mold. Pat first tested numerous areas of the basement, discussed the results in detail with me. I then hired Pat to scrub down the entire basement followed by a final test to confirm the mold levels were minimal and safe. I highly recommend Pat as he did a great job and doesn’t use scare tactics like some companies.

This is the second time I retained their business for home inspection. I am again impressed by their punctuality, professionalism and expertise in inspection of our property in details. They use a special software to give you the report, indicating where the issues and problems are so that we have an idea what the property we are going to buy is like, the conditions and value of the house etc. We are pleased with their professional service. The home inspection was thorough and the report was provided within hours. Patrick was friendly and informative; knowledgeable without needing to be too technical. The time took a bit longer than I expected. I didn't mind that the pace was somewhat relaxed, but it can convey a little bit of disrespect of people who have to get back to work. Otherwise, I'm perfectly satisfied.

He is extremely through, and often between the lines on properties where items could easily be overlooked.
