We had a general home and stucco inspection done by Matt, Kevin, and Chris from Green Valley. We only expected Matt and Chris at our inspections, but Kevin had a free slot in his calendar and attended the general inspection as well. Green Valley goes above and beyond in the inspection process for their clients and identifies key safety/structural risks. Their reports were more detailed than other inspection companies we've seen, their report turnaround time was 24 h or less, and Kevin patiently answered our questions over the phone, even while he was en route to a personal commitment. We contacted Kevin for advice on how to proceed with handling a situation where a previous Stucco remediation was completed improperly by another company. Kevin took the time to review the prior work and was very transparent with us regarding next steps needed. Kevin did not charge us for his time and advice and provided us recommendations for both contractors and oversight architects. As a result, we are better prepared to deal with this situation and appreciated the time Kevin invested in us.

His thoroughness was particularly helpful in building a new home where everything is still open and able to be viewed and investigated.
