There is no doubt I would recommend Edwin and Chester County Home Inspections to anyone that is in need of a home inspection. The inspection itself is extremely thorough. The amount of details provided was more than I was expecting, but it was also extremely easy to read. The way they lay out the report is incredibly helpful, especially if you are a new home buyer, or not a home expert. He goes into great detail, but explains it in a way that is easy to understand.

Ed is the most professional and reliable inspector I have worked with. He goes above and beyond the call of his duties. Ed performed a pool inspection on my new home and while he was there a few well issues came up and since he is also a well inspector he went out of his way to resolve the issues for us. Mind you we had a well inspector and they didn’t do half of what Ed did for us! He is extremely knowledgeable in both pools and wells. He took extra time to fully explain our pool to us since we are first time pool owners. He truly is the sweetest man, and always gets the job done no matter what

Ed was fantastic! He is exactly the type of home inspector every first time homebuyer wishes for. The home we purchased had a presale inspection done, and we had Ed come out to do a well inspection. While he was there, he was happy to explain some items that were concerning to my wife about the original inspection that was done by a different company.
He is a genuinely nice and knowledgeable guy, who does a great job breaking information down so that it's easily consumed by even those with no prior knowledge.
