Wouldn’t recommend living here. They try to over charge when you move out. Office people are rude, never on the same page and apartments too expensive, you can go get a luxury apartment for the price they are giving. Maintenance is a good team but other than that can’t say the same about office people. They have valet garbage from your door and they don’t pick up. They say they have security Services team but you never actually see them if there is any problem. Dog park is not maintained. Would recommend other apartments before these.They want you to give a 30 day notice but won’t give

All the maintenance staff are super nice , Georgina literally saved my life today in this heat. She is super sweet and caring.
Gorge is also very nice, my toddler loves to say hi to him .
Office staff are always available and will always listen to what you have to say.
I’ve been here for less than 3 months and I’m loving it ! Thank you guys <3 :)

I paid the deposit and signed the lease agreement for an upstairs unit. Two weeks before the move-in date, I received a call from the management that the tenant is extending their place and if I can move-in two weeks after the move-in date. I agreed. Then, I got another call 3 days before the new move-in date that now extending it until the end of the month and I have no choice but to get one of the downstairs units. I paid the deposit to keep the unit that I wanted. So what is the purpose of signing a lease agreement and paying the deposit to keep the unit?

New management has been awful. Leasing center staff is extremely rude and have no interest in answering questions. The spa has been not functional for many months now with no communication from the management. Rent prices are outrageous compared to other buildings in the area and now management expects us to pay for the amenities of gym, bbq, spa when mine of these are available.
