I had the absolute pleasure to work with Chayra Rodriguez. My process took some time due to some old bills I didn’t clear up that showed up on my credit report. Despite my issues Chayra stayed in contact with me over the many weeks it took to clear up and by the end of my process she was able to get me into my new home in a time where I needed it the most. I had been without a place to call home for months and she was more than supportive going above and beyond working frantically with her team to get my application pushed through once I was able to clear up my credit issue mentioned earlier

So I transferred to a different apartment because i was in one bedroom apartment and then I said let's move to two bedroom apartment then it was fine but now I'm seeing humidity like from the air conditioner in the whole wall is water and I called them they said they will send someone the guys came so he did just like some cleaning and also I need told him why are you not going to fix in the humidity they said oh it's so expensive to fix that so what about me I'm paying every month $1200 and the bedroom and the living room is have humidity

I was considering this place for renting when I moved to this area. I filled out their application, paid the application fee, and did the lengthy reference checks procedure. The person who was managing my application told me that there would a discount in my deposit if I paid $100 towards the first month's rent while I was filling out the application. And if I decided not to rent there, that money would be refunded.

Eventually, I found a better place, with a better location and price. So I ended up not going with them. When, after 1 week, I told them that I decided to not go with them and

Worst place I ever lived!!! Very dirty had garbage everywhere outside, the pool was never open, the worst part was the maintenance workers like that idiot Willy would harass just to come in my apartment to see if there was anything wrong, we werent allowed to have family get togethers in the park with out permission, and we had 3 people living in an apartment but only allowed 2 guests at the pool. The place was a dump total dump. I love where I live now.
