My wife and I were residents at the Glenbrook for 2 years. DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU!!! Fire alarms were constantly going off. Shower temperature would fluctuate. Very poor air circulation (stuffy). Bathrooms are out dated. Terrible paint job. When you bring up an issue with management they are defensive and disrespectful. Maintenance does subpar work. If they would focus on the inside as much as they do on the outside Glenbrook may be a lot nicer place to live. Beware they we will charge you for everything they possibly can when you move out. They will never give you your security deposit back. When I moved out everything was neat and clean, they still didn't give me my security deposit back because they falsify said carpet was bad and when I ask proof they said go to court and we will show you there. I talked with other people and they always do same never return your security deposit

I had the unfortunate pleasure of interacting with the management at this complex and am thankful I will not be living here. I was honestly astonished at how disrespectful and condescending the manager who spoke to me was (not to mention unprofessional). I have lived in, visited, and toured many apartment complexes and while I have run into many issues, I have never felt so compelled to write a review but I am in such utter shock of how I was spoken to that I felt a need to inform potential future tenants (particularly young women) what they might be dealing with if they choose to live here.

Lived here 6 months and no complaints. Always have community activities going on, and great snow removal/garbage removal.
Only thing I can think to improve on is I wish there was an outgoing mailbox in each building as currently you have to take letters to the post office or leasing office during business hours to mail them out. Overall great place and plan to renew my lease when terms are up!

I lived at glenbrook for two years. I honestly wish I didn't leave. The issues I ever had were minimal. Unfortunately it's also not very diverse of people there. Rent is also slightly higher than what I wanted to pay. The reviews I read prior to moving here were not accurate. I took a chance moving from out of state to this apartment complex and it was overall a great experience. Parking is not an issue, maintenance is moderately fast, and they are pretty organized with how they do things. I would recommend living here.

I moved here after selling my home. The complex is in a great location.
Pros: great location, walking trail, pool.
Cons: children running over your head late at night, trash area is disgusting, bikes and toys in walk ways. Assistant manager is rude and unprofessional. Rent is increased every year. Very old apts, something is always breaking. Person over me garbage disposal was leaking in my food cabinet.

Glenbrook is great! Prompt maintenance etc. I faced problem when we moved out; though we cleaned apartment really nicely, we have been charged $250 for Carpet. When we called to understand detail, the manager was really rude and told that I can charge you $500 (instead of $250) if you want - people can understand tone here.

I took the apartments to get an affordable living and for a good neighborhood. The first jolt I recieved is after 1 month when the disallowed school busses in the road that is meant for all saying that it's a private property whereas I can see public vehicles plying in this area. These guys are pathetic and have lame excuses to everything

This is the worst place I have ever experienced. The management was the most dishonest and creepy people I have ever met. Entered premises without notifying...very creepy.
