So far it has being an amazing experience. Love the community and the friendly stuffs. The amenities are incredible. Everything you need. The area it's perfect, you can literally walk to everything or you can take the train too. Best place ever so far, good amenities, quick response to solve problems, everything its really clean, really close to our main needs (food, medicine, health.)

This place is obviously terribly managed. After making an appointment a week out, they called me the day a few hours before my scheduled time looking to reschedule. When asked why, their only answer was a 'corporate meeting' was to take place during this time. What? This was an immediate emergency'corporate meeting?' I managed to get them to let me come in after their meeting only to be told before the tour, they have no 2 bedrooms available!!! Omg what?? Says on the website they do!!!

What a disappointment. Rooms are small and carpeted. I was greeted by an extremely unfriendly person yesterday that wanted to make sure she emphasized the fact that I was half an hour late to my scheduled appointment when she was playing with her phone the whole time as she made me and my realtor wait to see if she could find someone to show us a unit. We were finally helped by Sarah which was extremely kind and accommodating. However, based on my initial greeting and first impression of management I will not even consider this building. If staff isn't accommodating and eager to rent a unit

I signed a 15 month lease here, willing to pay for "Luxury" as the banners draped on the building describe it.
Aside from the 3 changes in property management, they are the most unorganized building in Downtown and Brickell. Spend your money somewhere else!

AWFUL - beyond terrible. I would give zero stars if it was an option. They've had many different property management companies manage the building within a 6 month time span. They did nothing to stay compliant and provide safety measures for COVID. Once you leave your lease, they WILL accuse you of damaging their property and bill you - so make sure to take photos before you vacate. They're terrible. Property management does not respond to phone calls or emails. Do NOT rent space from them. You would regret that decision as soon you move in!!!

We were tenants at Monarc for two years. In those two years, the property was managed by three separate companies (ZRS, RKW, and Baron Residential), with the quality of the experience deteriorating significantly between each company. It got to the point where we felt the building's owners cared more about their bottom line than resident experience when deciding who to contract to manage the property.

Beautiful apartment and amenities. I've been living here for over a year now and have enjoyed it so far until having to deal with the new leasing employees. My boyfriend and I wanted to move into a larger apartment and the leasing office was less than helpful. Emails gone unanswered by Chris and Sharon basically blowing us off and letting the apartment we were trying to move into be leased before getting back to us or even trying to help us with the process. We will not be renewing and I would not waste your time trying to deal with this unprofessional leasing team.

This place is terrible! Everything breaks, it feels very unsafe, people walk into the building and get on the elevator to any floor. I've been locked up in the garage and my door lock did not close one night and I needed to leave my apartment and couldn't!!
The noise on SE 2nd ave a d 2nd street is terrible and transfers into the apartment. Don't be fooled by the looks, it's not worth it!

Horrible building!
My car was damaged and robbed in private parking!!! I saw homeless people sleeping in the massage room!!! I saw weird people hiding drugs in the pool area!!! my guests visit me with no check in!!! Sink is clogged all the time. Problems to find a park location at floors you suppose to park!
Zero respect for residents from management team.
Only one advantage is that apartment looks ok and kitchen is new but living in this building is disgusting! No recommendations at all!

This place started out ok but went downhill fast after the property management company was replaced. In fact, there have been three property management companies here in the 1 year I've been here (I'm in the process of leaving). My A/C went out four times and they overcharged me on the rent multiple months...I would pay the rent only to be told there was an additional charge, and initially I stupidly paid it. Finally I asked for an explanation and they said they would look into it - they didn't. Instead they tried overcharging me again. I then demanded to know what the charge was
