I had a wonderful experience living there! Holland and Pasqual were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The apartment I rented for the year has a stunning amount of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. I was one of many other young professionals and I felt very safe in the building. Also, they host social events for the residents so that's nice too if you don't know anyone. Thank you Front Street Lofts for making my year in CT an enjoyable one! Highly recommend!!

I recently moved into Front Street Lofts and have nothing but great things to say about the administration leadership, maintenance personnel and overall living experience. Maintenance has continuously been supportive and has completed various tasks in a quick manner. From changing my shower head to helping me put up my frames they have been great. Holland the leasing agent and overseer of the property has been wonderful and has helped in every way.

I have just moved in yesterday. Everything happened from asking about the apartment until taking the keys was more than perfect! Even the apartment was not like what I imagined.
Also as an international student, the staff was very helpful and they did understand my situation. So they have helped me through the process of taking the apartment.

Best location at Front Street District, right beside Starbucks and UConn which is important to me. Impeccable service from super nice manager and front desk. Love the Roof Deck!! Such a cool place to live downtown overlooking everything and with all the restaurants at Front Street, you never really have to leave the area.
