This place is horrible the manager wouldnt fix the issues we had in the apartments and would be mosey in everyone’s life and would do spring checks where they come in your house when you aren’t there to see if your a slob and she was so disrespectful with my mother, she’s nosey and doesn’t do her job right ans raises the rent as if it’s a fancy apartment complex, stay away from there money is not worth it.

The manager at this apts & the maintenance guy are wonderful. I'm very surprised of the all nasty comments. But from my personal experience the manager & the maintenance guy are on point. Manager is very friendly & if she can't answer the phone she will text you right away! Maintenance guy was early 5 minutes before He was supposed to show up. I have no complaints with this place. Manager customer service is a 10+ & maintenance guy is very polite n professional.

Visited my daughter. There is a water leak upstairs from the first night she moved in at the beginning of July. No emergency maintenance answers Called manager multiple times an left a note at her door. No response
At the advice of a neighbor sent an email to manager.
They sent someone over while they were gone and without permission. Said it was fixed.
Happened again and a guy came over and said they needed a plumber. After a week still no response. She can’t bathe her nor her daughter.
Rent is paid up for three months

Wow, what a bunch of nasty comments about the manager that I find really skewed, or flat out B. S. and it's a shame. She's a hard worker who has to deal with so many different people who aren't always the most polite folks to deal with. She's got a job to do and rules she has to abide by, just like everyone else who has a job with rules and bosses, etc. We all have bad days, and I haven't always had the best encounters with her, but regardless, we manage to work things out. I also have a 10 year old child who on occasion tries to see if he can break some rules without being caught by the manager

The Manger is rude and very disrespectful toward children she is always complaining about to you about your children. She does not fix things inside of your house hold she waits about 2 months later after you've called her over and over again. The apartment has great kids and it's a friendly neighborhood with shopping center around. But the Manger is just horrible I'm really not sure why she even has her job. She also keeps PROMISES that ARE NOT kept.

Rent went up 3x in one year, will not fix things in the apartment, and when they do its half the work. Pet friendly unless you need your carpet changed that's over 10 years old, and should have been changed prior to your move in. Then your just screwed. Lots of water damage ceiling caved in from AC unit not properly put together, and there was a beer can in the AC unit. Manager never gets back to you, and hardly in the office. Lots of section 8, and kids out past 10pm. Motorcycle almost stolen twice not the best area, yet they keep going up on rent. No chairs at the pool, or any furniture.Laundry
