Great company and excellent customer service. We have used them for different occasions and they have never let us down. Great company to work with. would use them again in the future for sure! our driver Tomasz S. was very polite and arrived on time, thats worth 5 stars alone. we were informed that due to the new Chicago ordinance we would have guard on board with us, that seemed kinda weird at first but David was the best and made everyone feel comfortable and safe. overall we were very satisfied and we highly recommend this company.

We rented the 34 passenger party bus for 18 of us for the sole purpose of plenty of room ,the bus was clean and updated and had all the bells and whistles (USB ports ,Blue tooth for our own music etc)
The driver was great took his time got us to the Winter Classic from Chicago and back safely.Price was very fair and highly recommend them.

I am shocked to see that the owner denies doing business with us. After reading other reviews, I now see that the owner never takes responsibility for her mistakes. She blames the customers on all her negative reviews. This just shows you how bad of a company this is. Stay away. You have been warned.

Sebastian was our party bus driver and was great. He showed up 15 minutes early, but was fine waiting for us. He was very professional and safe. My only negative comment for this company is I wish that they did not charge a 5% credit card fee. They do not charge for the initial deposit on a credit card, but the day of we had to pay a little over $700 in cash to avoid a 5% credit card fee. Overall, I would recommend this company just expect to pay cash the day of.

I have rented from many limo companies and this is the first one I have had any complaints about the customer service. They made a mistake on my party bus reservation date for the SC Notre Dame game that I failed to catch in time and they charged me $2100 for not being able to use it on that date. Other companies don't do that.

Awesome, awesome service! Anna was great through the whole process and easy to work with for my wedding day. I even had to change the limo and get a larger size after I signed the initial contract and she had no problem. The limo was very clean and stocked with everything mentioned in the wedding contract. The driver was professional and provided red carpet service pouring the champagne and greeting the bride and groom upon arrival from the church. He was extremely punctual and showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and knew how to take the correct routes from the church to the reception.

How dare VIP charge my credit card after stating the 30 minute overage was complimentary. I gave a bad review because of the actual services of VIP. The A/C not working and driver texting and driving. I received an email today stating because of my heartless one star review they're NOW going to go ahead and charge my card... 2 weeks AFTER we had finished and closed out our account and business with them.
Why would someone do business with a company that puts their personal agenda and anger in the way of their business professionalism?

VIP Limousine did a great job with a 10 person limo for my birthday. The limo arrived a few minutes early for the reservation - I think this is great practice. The limos are fully equipped and a little nicer than most of your standard limos.
We wanted to extend our time by a half an hour and our driver agreed to do so for us, as he did not have any commitments after our charter. Everyone in the group was happy with VIP Limo.

We used this company for our wedding and were really happy! The office contact was friendly, the limo was well-kept and clean, and the driver was prompt and professional. One other specific thing I REALLY liked was when their website said the car could hold 24 passengers- they meant it! I was scared it'd actually be like "24 really really squished passengers," but everyone fit quite comfortably. Very spacious.

Phenomenal service. We had a party of 10, 5 adults and 5 young children. It was a freezing Friday evening, we were headed to the UC for the Hawks game. I made the reservation through Anna, who was just lovely. Pleasant, upbeat, informative, a true professional. Not to mention patient, she definitely set the tone.
Wojtek was our driver, he showed up 15 minutes early, but we definitely did not feel rushed. It has been a very long time since I have had a driver of his caliber. He was very kind, especially to the children. He was incredibly efficient, he avoided Friday night traffic. His driving skills

My first experience actually being in charge of an event where I wanted us to arrive in style for an event. I was scouring on the net for a 20 passenger hummer that could accomidate us. I saw that VIP had Hummers, but no reviews. So I admit, that I was a wee bit concerned. I also was worried proms would hinder us, but alas! VIP came through!
