I am having the toughest time trying to reach someone in their office by phone, email and showing up at the office. There is a sign on office door that says they are closed to the public to contact number listed. However no one is answering or returning calls. After reading the recent reviews, I guess it's a common occurrence.

Literally don’t trust this place. Me and my boyfriend were looking for an apartment to rent in the Bay St. Louis area. They never answer their phones which is a red flag ( how would they answer if it was from a resident requesting a maintenance request? ) Not only that, but, every single time we needed to ask a question about the application process we had to drive out there and hope someone was in the office to answer our questions. We payed our application fee then the lady told us to come back that following Friday to finish our application she said that she had wrote us down and would see

Truthfully, I haven't had the best experience with this place so far but I'm hoping that it will get better. Which is why im leaving a 4 star anyway even though it hasn't gone right for me because I do think it is actually a good place to live my biggest problem is just even being able to keep contact with anyone here. Over the course of the past few weeks, I have called numerous times, I have sent an email and I've even left my name, number, and when the best time to reach me is like the answering machine says to do. I also put in an application and paid the fee but no matter what I have tried

It’s so hard to get in touch with anyone. I’ve been calling and left a message during operating hours and can’t get through. I even went there yesterday and another family was waiting with the same story. You knock on the office and no one answers. I wonder if the residents struggle to speak with the staff. This is a red flag for me. Shame, seems like a nice place to live.

Love it here! Can’t see myself leaving anytime soon! The complex is clean and quiet, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. My family and I have been here almost 2 years and absolutely love it! Management is nice and always ready to help. Anytime I have ever had an issue it’s been fixed ASAP!
