Lived here for two years and these apartments are so terrible. They have rats so bad and when you call them they spray foam over the holes don’t set out traps or nothing. Within the two years, my ac went out multiple times it took them months to come out and fix it. My dishwasher never got fixed, maintenance came in while I was asleep in my bed they pretty much come in whenever they please. Management never seem to have a solution to anything just argue with you and are rude as hell. So glad to be out of there but feel terrible knowing they move people in without informing them of the rats and

Horrible place to stay!!! Do not move here. They do not tell you when the parking lot floods massively after the rain!! I asked to move to another apartment and they want to charge. They never responded to fix the toilet seat or the blinds. Do not move here, save your money and time. And they don't answer the phone and randomly cut off your water 😒

The phone keeps saying the same options over and over everytime you click them. Very bad service how ima get information and y’all ain’t even answering the phone y’all jus got it sitting off the hook purposely . Yesterday I called 10 times never got a call back and got sent to voicemail. Would give y’all a 0 if I could

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Not only is it a complete and utter dump, the management is no better. We moved into a dirty apartment. We were told upon walk through that everything we saw would be fixed and replaced that we checked off. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. For a month and a half after moving in I was sick as a dog wondering why I was coughing and sick while I was home and fine elsewhere- I did a/c for a shot time before this and decided to check the return/filter in case maybe it hadn't been changed before we moved in- NOT ONLY WAS IT ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING- THERE WAS BLACK MOLD

Trust me, if I could give this place less than one star...I would. I moved in April of 2020, and have been living in the same apartment with things broken and not replaced from the previous tenant. On my check-in list, I noted that the fan in my bathroom was missing and was told it would be replaced by maintenance (in April of last year). I made a maintenance request through the online portal months ago and still no one has bothered to come fix it. I still have no bathroom fan after almost a year of living here. I have also not had a working dryer the entire time I've lived here. It was noted on

Parking lot floods, roaches and spiders since we moved in, window has leak from the outside, and they literally told us that they can not fix it. No lights in the bed room you have to use lamps. Poor communication from management as our rent went up an extra $150 and we were not notified about it. Next thing we know we have a note on the door stating we have 3 days to move out or pay. They are very poor at handling situations. The new total of our monthly rent is now $850 for a one bed room with no washer and dryer.
