If you want to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing this is the apartment for you the walls and roof are thin so music, stomping, creaks and etc can be heard oh and also look forward to your lease being changed without notice on top of that the office staff makes excuses about situations.
Update:The office straightened out the lease problem but hearing everything is still annoying.

This is not really the greatest place to live. Sadly the complex is beautiful and the layout is appealing however, the people who live there are not the greatest. There are children running around and dumping their trash all over the place, even throwing their trash over the patio. I have had to sweep wrappers, empty bottles from my doorway. Smokers smoking in the apartments and it seeped into mine, especially in the Master bedroom. Bikes left by the doorways where I tripped on them several times. The main gate is never closed so there are all kinds of people driving through. The property needs

My husband and I applied for an apartment in April of 2020. We filled out an application for a three bedroom, which we were told on the website was $582 a month. We were told we were approved, and asked to come in to the office to fill out a leasing agreement. After signing it, she told us the price would be $691 per month for a two bedroom. We completed the entire thing, and were told that we would not be able to move in untill May the 8th. We called back shortly before that date, and were told that wecould not move in untill June. First, our move was delayed for carpet cleaning, but there's always been a
plaster stain on the living room carpet and there were dead bugs everywhere the night we were moving in. Then, I was told the air conditioner needed to be run at 65 degrees for 3 days so it could catch up. This isn't normal and ended in me having a $300 electric bill on top of paying for the week I wasn't even allowed to move in because my carpets were "being cleaned". When I moved in I was told if a first floor apt became available I could move to it. Twice just that I know of one has become available and both times we
