Regency Way Apartments

I have lived here 6 years.
The ONLY continued services are Lawn Care!
I have mold throughout my unit.
On going issue since I have been here.
I have lost a significant amount of personal items do to mold damage.
I am unable to use front bedroom due to mold spores everywhere.
Front hallway closet is covered in mold spores.
This property has gone through several Mgmt compies & by far current company is the worse.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I live here now. And the neighbors upstairs are making noise. They don’t have no respect for other people. Sometimes at night I can’t get no sleep I am under them its crazy how much noise they make every day. I hate I moved here. I would be ok if I move to a another unit. I am tired of them and I am the one I stay to myself I don’t say nothing to people. I wish they would seen letters out about the noise.

I lived her. They are beautiful inside and out. I had no problems with the maintenance man coming out to fix anything. I did have tons of roaches behind my refrigerator. I didn’t notice them until I was getting ready to move! IT WAS INFESTED! The manager was Always in my business. She would continue to pick with my company! It was always somthing. My brother was on my balcony with his shirt off an she would complaine to me about that! I stayed to myself! But I felt like I was being targeted.

I lived there beautiful apartment but the property manager are very nasty been through three of them already and upset because when I moved out they tried to charge me extra money on my balance talking about trash removal and new carpet all lies I am OCD and kept it very clean and when I moved out I cleaned it up as though was still living there wasn't no trash or anything in apartment and lied about carpet it still looked as it did when I moved in even better I would really like to talk to a regional manager because of my experience and the fraudulent charges I have no problem with paying final

I have live here for about 5 months so far. I Love it here! There is Landscaping almost every week here. Everyone i have met here so far is very friendly and i have made a few friends also. Everyone keeps to themselves and no problems occurred so far! Rent is fairly affordable, Units are inspected every 6 months for order, and Maintenance staff is courteous and quick for repairs that come up.
I would certainly recommend Regency Way to anyone needing a Clean Safe place to live.

Managment is horrible. The leasing manager changes constantly and one never knows what is going on with the apartments. I have lived her since 2008 and the apartments has mice. My car got broken into my rent check got stolen. Their was one of my neighbors that killed herself behind my building. Just alot going on.

I have lived here a year and absolutely love it. I have never had any kind of problem with getting things fixed. I feel safe living here. The only problem I have with it here is the light post do not work around the back of the buildings. Like I said I feel safe here but it would be nice to see the holes in the grass when walking out. I highly recommend Regency Way Apartments to anyone wanting a quiet place close to Hwy 49, and wants a safe area to live in. These apartments are in a red zone so be sure you are wanting to move to a high crime area.
