Myself and Lloyd's go way back to the 90's. When I needed service for my 1 ton on the side of the highway a couple weeks ago..(forgot to put the jack in the truck) they were spot on and helped me back on the road.. still a great group of people 22 years later..

I cant say enough kind things about this company. The young man who drove me and my car home for 160 miles was a lifesaver. Friendly, considerate, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was safe in my home before he left. Thank you for taking care of this old lady. If you need a tow anywhere near Medina, OH, call Lloyd's. Rick helped me out of a jam, going above and beyond. I hope I never need a tow in northern Ohio again, but if I do, I'll call Lloyd's. They were reasonably priced, too.

Lloyd's is the absolute best tow service I have had. They responded to my AAA tow request in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed at their speed. Not only was their response time impressive their driver was also fantastic. Hooked the car quickly, got it to my house and positioned out of the way for me. Lloyd's literally saved my vacation as I was set to leave the country 14 hours from my breakdown. Big thank you to everyone here!

Brian is brilliantly amazing! He was the 3rd wrecker called to try to get my car out of our garage to tow it for repair. As soon as he saw that there wasn't enough space to get the dollies between my car and the garage wall he immediately found a solution to get my car into neutral when the normal override didn't work for the last two wreckers that tried.
