Nate is our hero! He helped us accomplish what we thought was impossible. We listed our condo late September, and were under contract after a month with a full-price offer. Then he helped us purchase a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Nate was absolutely amazing during the entire process of buying our condo in Logan Square. We were first time home buyers, and he walked us through each step of the process. He found the condo we ended up buying through another agent at his firm, which meant we had a chance to check it out before it hit the MLS. Although the condo was slightly different than what we initially had in mind, Nate sent us the link anyway so we would have the opportunity to say yes or no to seeing it. Nate Buttrey was more than just a real estate agent during our house finding process. He became part of our family. Nate is fantastic and truly a pleasure to work with. Nate helped me find my first home and was with me from start to finish at the closing table. Nate is fantastic! He is patient, asks amazingly smart questions, and pays attention. Extremely professional and so good what at he does: part realtor, part therapist. He knows the stress of finding a proper home and goes out of his way to make it as painless as possible. Within 20 minutes of our first phone conversation, I had 1/2 dozen places in my email box to look at. Within a day, he picked me up in his car, and we were looking at places.
