I’m a travel nurse, and my current assignment requires weekend doubles (3-11 & 11-7.) Due to the limited amount of time between shifts, I booked here to get the most sleep possible. First, they made me book 2 nights instead of giving me a late checkout. The rates were reasonable, so that’s fine. When I come in from work and finally get some rest, I’m woken by LOUD banging on my door and some lady screaming “housekeeping.” I’m in bed, so not dressed appropriately to open the door. I yell through the door several times that I don’t need anything - but she continues banging and yelling

Because me and my husband came down here for him to work.We went regency inn because priceline said it was a good hotel.Well it wasn't. The gave us room 109 it looked remodeled.Everything was new expect the mattress it was so nasty they put a new mattress cover on the bed to look new.Then the toilet got stopped up so we couldn't use it all night. The next morning my husband asked for another room and she gave us a room with carpet.We told her we need a room without carpet because we have a dog

No room service if you have pets, front desk did not seem helpful at all. They were not able to give us a check out receipt or look up our reservation. The dryer does not work properly and there were people constantly being escorted out by police. I would say skip this location unless you are VERY VERY DESPERATE.

Rates were tripled from normal .
Room was less than adequate (gap beneath door where bugs were crawling in-had to use beach towel to block it)
The only personnel there that was friendly was the 90 yr old housekeeper.
Parking was minimal at best with people having to park in front of other cars .
Considering that I was not on vacation but hurricane evacuees there was no sort of compassion or anything of the sort. Will never stay there again

If I could give a minus I would and I usually don't post bad reviews. We made our reservation days in advance as it was Labor Day. The reservation was for Sept 1 to Sept 15. When I got to the hotel, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. The girl behind the counter had tried to call when we were out of cell phone range traveling. Our reservation wasn't until that night. She finally found us a room, but the room was on the second floor. I had requested both on Booklings and directly with the hotel a first floor room. Anything else is difficult as I walk with a cane and have limited mobility

It was moldy.. windows, bathroom, mold on the slip cover for mattress, under the sink.
Myself and my man could not figure out why we weren't feeling well while in the room, but when we got out in the air we felt better so the 3rd night we searched the room and found mold everywhere even on the toilet.. window attendances had attitudes. We made prior reservations when we went to get the key the cashier was very rude.
Had to go get new bed linen the lady at the desk acted like she didn't want to give me any after we found the Mold on the slip cover. I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Not a normal hotel I would stay in, but due to poor planning during 4th of July weekend, well it is what it is. Be prepared to do your own housekeeping, they ask if you need towels and trash thrown, I asked for a full service and new bedding since the comforter had some type of pet hair on it. I was brought new sheets and bed spread after I was asked to collect my own towels and to remove the bedding myself. The items were brought and again I was expected to put my own sheets on. Housekeeping was asked to come in and sweep due to the beach sand that we brought in, that wasn't done so bring a pair
