Services
Little Bees Child Care Center is looking for Teacher/Teacher's assistants for both full and part time availability. Applicants are required to meet MN Rule 3 guidelines, with early education background (some college, some childcare experience), must be fun, energetic, caring individual and love children.
Little Bees Child Care is providing "high" quality childcare to families with young children. The definition of high quality can be different for each child care center as well as for potential client looking for child care. We believe the process is more important than the product. We will help children learn, grow and acquire skills that would be beneficial for their lives.

We can't thank you enough for all you have done for our loving, free spirited, challenging at times, strong willed KayKay. She has grown up here and learned the basics in life from all of you. So caring, kind, talented, patient teachers you all are. 5 years has flown by so fast! She will definitely miss each of you but no worries, she will still want to drop in to say hello when picking up her siblings. Thank you for all your extra efforts! It doesn't go unnoticed!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
They do not care about school age children. They allow abuse and do not inform parents just so they can continue to get paid. The director does not care about the well being of the children. They should not be allowed a license, they have no education in correctly handling children and parents.

My daughter is cared for extremely well at LittleBee's Child Care Center(Spring Lake Park). She is now in the toddler room and learning so much! I would definitely recommend this daycare! The teachers there are awesome and so caring. My daughter loves them like they are her family too! We actually moved about 15 minutes farther away from LittleBee's recently and we choose to drive the extra 15 miles everyday to and from because we could never find a better daycare center! We absolutely love the LittleBee's Child Care Center in Spring Lake Park, MN!!!

Hi Nicholas, My name is Joy, I am the assistant director at Little Bee’s and I am the one who was always at the part with kids during summer. I just wanted to tell you that yes we were bringing our school age children at the park almost every day during summer and yes it was about 20 , 25 kids with us and most of the time 2 or 3 adults. The ratio in school age classroom per licensing rule is 1 teacher per 15 children and we were never out of our ratio, not in the classroom or during our field trips to the park. Kids are going to the part to be able to run their energy out and yes they can be

Hello, this is Yelena, the director of Little Bee's Child Care Center. There has never been a parent/guardian at Little Bee's by the name of "Rachal Nord." I am not sure why this person felt compelled to leave such a crass review, but all I can do is direct anyone that is truly concerned to our FaceBook page or our website for honest reviews. The State of Minnesota licensing website is also a great tool for anyone looking into violations of any daycare. Little Bee's has not had any serious violations, and especially none of the type that "Rachal" mentioned. Little Bee's is also NAEYC and Parent
